Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Servicepersonal. Wunderschöner Strand. Nach Beschwerde über alle negativen Vorkommnisse wurden wir und die ganze Familie für die letzte Nacht auf eine große Pool-Villa mit 2 Bedrooms upgegradet.

Das Resort wirkt in die Jahre gekommen. An einem Tag kam erst kein Wasser, danach schwarzes Wasser, was für Stress sorgte, da wir ein Taxi bestellt hatten. Obwohl Peak-Saison, wurden laute Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt. Für den Preis erwartet man etwas anderes.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Servicepersonal. Besonders positiv war ein deutschsprachiger thailändischer Mitarbeiter. Reparaturen (z. B. an der Tür) wurden nach Hinweis rasch erledigt. Der Strand ist wunderschön.

Während der Weihnachtsfeiertage (24.–26.12.) täglich laute Bau- und Sägearbeiten, hörbar am Strand und im Zimmer, teilweise frühmorgens – und das in der Peaksaison. Die Villa hat einen nach oben offener Badebereich, wodurch Tiere eindringen können, die Badewanne war nicht wirklich sauber; ein Gecko hat sogar das Bett verschmutzt. Die Eingangstür ließ sich bei Ankunft nicht absperren. In einem weiteren Zimmer (für unsere Eltern) fiel zeitweise das Wasser aus, danach kam schwarzes Wasser. Handtücher wurden mehrfach nicht vollständig gewechselt. Das Resort ist in die Jahre gekommen.

Muy bonitas las habitaciones con piscina cerca de la playa. El personal amable y servicial

Les falta pulir detalles de limpieza (no por suciedad) sino manchas de pintura en cristales, después de reforma y estas pequeñas cosas que marcan la diferencia de un lugar así. Relación calidad precio
