Apartamentos Jutlandia

Outdoor pool area is brilliant, especially the slides and splash area. It was clean all around the hotel and the location is great.

Small number of parasols compared to loungers. Loungers cannot be reserved/taken before 10:00 but parasols can be. It meant people were taking 2 parasols with towels before 09:00 and not using them until after lunch

Everything was excellent. Room was tidy and clean, the utilities were complete, towels were changed everyday. The pools were clean, lots of room for kids to play. Activities for children were fun and there was a little bit of everything: sports, singing, dancing, cooking, DIY. Our stay was B&B, breakfasts were huge - you could eat almost everything, from toasts, beans, sausage, oatmeal, fruits, eggs, yoghurt with different seeds, vegetables and sweets, like churros with chocolate.

The en-suite layout makes it hard to shower / use bathroom once babies are asleep in the evenings but we managed fine to have our washes done by then

Pool and daily activities are great. Evening Entertainment was superb. Our 5y old enjoyed also the Kids club. All apartments are with direct access to the pool area. Staff was very friendly, especially the young man doing the daily activities.

Rooms are not luxurious. All very minimalistic and cheap furniture. More like those camping houses from inside. Bathroom floor was a bit wavy from water damage. Bathroom relatively tiny. Breakfast selection just okay.

The hotel amenities are exceptional when travelling with younger children. The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. Location was also perfect, just a small stroll down hill to reach the beach and a number of restaurants

I marked the hotel a 9 for one small reason relating to a food order but this should not take away from overall how great the complex is.
