Exellent hotel. Nice spa.

The hotel/resort is much bigger than it seems from the description. The room was in fact an apartment, was quite small - but not too uncomfortable. The hotel was very big and quite crowded (lots of children) - not great for a couple's stay. I guess it can be good for a family stay with children (given the pool/aquapark, etc.). The location is quite far from the center, but convenient to access the mountain (and good for skying I guess). The breakfast buffet was not great.

Geweldig, mooie accommodatie, goed onderhouden zwembaden, nieuwe mineraal zwembad in Banya , uitstekende ontbijt en avondeten , vriendelijke personeel.Een aanrader!

We had booked an Executive room, with half board. The room is big, certainly, separate lounge and bedroom.It was all very dated and stale, and felt rather downmarket, not 'executive'. There was not enough sockets for charging.The bathroom was way too small with insufficient space for storing toothbrush and so on for 2 guests. The included food was dreary, a tired, stale buffet dinner and really poor quality breakfast selection, with no espresso, only Nescafe! On the upside, plenty of parking, the staff were friendly, the wifi worked well, the swimming pool and jacuzzi were fun, and the bar happy hour was great.

Beklentimizin üzerinde her açıdan bakıldığında mükemmel bir konaklama tesisi, çalışanlar özverili ciddi işinde profesyonel yardımsever. Metin bey mesaisi bitmesine rağmen her zaman telefon yardımı ile bile olsa bizleri hiç ihmal etmedi, otelde rezervasyon tarihinden itibaren bizimle irtibata geçip durumumuz hakkında bilgi alan Tzveta ya ayrıca teşekkür ediyorum. Otel odaları büyük konforlu sıcak, otelin restoranında adeta gurme restoran gibi güzel yemekler yemek mümkün, kayak odası çalışanları her zaman yardımcı, gondol alanındaki transferleri sorunsuzca halledilip yardım ediyorlar. Gondol VIP kartı mükemmel sıra beklemeden kayak alanına gidilip geliniyor

hotel was ok, wouldn't give 5 star as the bed and pillows ware very uncomfortable. and the stuff didn't know what they were doing at one point the lady in the reception wanted to charge me 5 Euros per day for parking even though it comes free with my booking. so for me 3 stars.

Very friendly staff with great facilities . rooms with mini kitchen and species . lots of choice and tasty food nice spa . .....and I would highly recommend the massage chair ....

I travelled in with some friends and our stay was really pleasant and we really enjoyed the hotel services( Spa after skying, free shuttle to the Gondola every 15 minutes with a break by noon etc) The hotel location is great, 10 minutes to the Gondola by foot, bars and restaurants. The staff was helpful, although they had some miscommunication because we did not know this hotel provides a VIP ski pass which makes your day easier and you can avoid the large queue in the Gondola so would be great for them to highlight this service in their website and wholesalers to receive more bookings. In the other hand, in our last day, we forgot to book our shuttle to Sofia with 24 hours before leaving and the hotel/night staff was unable to organize it or suggest us local companies to contact with. Overall the stay was really good and I would stay again.
