The rest of the hotel was average and I thought it was a bit over priced

Just returned today the 11th June from an all inclusive with Jet2 to this hotel. We had a fabulous 5 days there. We were advised by Jet2 that building works was still occurring and we could choose an alternative hotel. We decided not to change, and arrived at our room which was facing directly towards the building site (over the front of the hotel) but during the 5 days we were there absolutely nothing was happening and no noise!! 😜 The hotel is in a stunning, quiet location, overlooking a pebbly beach with a couple of sandy coves and beaches within only a few minutes walk in either direction. Our room was a standard twin and was well appointed and modern. The filtered water station offered in each corridor was a bonus and sustainability was an important feature at this hotel. No single use plastic water bottles being disposed of anywhere here. The restaurant area was bright and airy. In comparison to other hotels we have stayed at we were disappointed with the limited range of salads on offer but the quality of all the food was of a high standard. Our biggest gripe was the lack of staff to offer drinks either in the restaurant or around the pool area. We were all inclusive and never had anyone ask us when we arrived if we wanted a drink with our meal. We always had to search for a member of staff to ask, and often we would be a way into our meal before obtaining a drink. The pool was the same, we didn't see many staff around the pool so we often resorted to going up to the bar ourselves, telling them where we were as they wanted to bring the drinks to us when they'd made them rather than us wait, and then subsequently couldn't find us so were left wandering up and down the pool area with drinks looking for us and other customers. The situation appeared to improve towards the end of our stay though, when maybe there were more staff and holidaymakers? Overall we'd recommend this hotel. It's location (only 20 min walk) to the famous Wednesday Hippy Market. It's proximity to the ferry stop in Cala Pada (10 mins coastal walk) to Ibiza, Es Canar and Formentera was perfect for us. This hotel isn't actually in Santa Eulalia though, it's probably a 45 min coastal walk but local taxis are very modern, clean and reasonably priced. Don't use Uber here, which are often twice the price of the local metered taxis.

Stayed here with friends and took out the all inclusive. Stayed in a 3 person suite overlooking the Es Vedra bar and pool. Room was perfect. Had everything we needed - big wardrobe, safe, complimentary wine, espresso machine, big tv, indoor and outdoor shower, big bathroom, balcony. Buffet lunch, breakfast and dinner was so good! Loads of choice and all dietary requirements catered for. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. All staff around pool, reception and restaurant were super friendly! Drinks excellent quality. Lovely wine, coffees and cocktails. Used the gym a couple of times. Small but adequate There is a room you can book to change and get a shower if you have a late flight. Everything is super clean. Right on the edge of the sea but not in walking distance for town. Only things to improve:- One of treadmills not working so always a queue for the other Always running out of towels by the pool

Margaret R .. you asked about noise. Someone wrote a month ago that yes, there was a little noise but not troublesome and far outweighed by the rest of the hotels assets. We travel 16th so hoping this still applies and it hasn’t worsened.

Can anyone let me know anything about the building work that we have just been informed about. We are going to the hotel on 20th June. Thank you

The hotel is situated in a very quiet peaceful setting adjacent to pine wood walks by the sea, in both directions. There are plenty of comfortable loungers around the pool & in an overspill area; with extra soft mattresses. The warm fresh water pool is at a constant depth which enables you to walk as well as swim the whole length. There is quite loud music for some of the day; with constant bar service to your lounger. There is a free supply of filtered water available on every landing & I loved the opportunity to have free tea available at evening meal times. Cold milk was available on request. Some level 1 rooms shared a communal balcony overlooking a bar which had reduced opening hours until 10.30 pm, but completely blocked any other view except plants! The rooms utilized space well, with the wardrobe cleverly worked into the ensuite bathroom. The staff everywhere were friendly, knowledgeable & extremely helpful. Most guests acknowledged & were relaxed & happy to converse with solo travellers; as were fellow walkers met on the interesting & quite challenging seaside paths through the pine woods! I relaxed & really enjoyed my sunny, hot seven day solo sojourn at the hotel; avoiding civilization.
