Agreat experience from the beginning to the end , start with agreat welcome from front office and many thanks to Mr Jan for his kindness and he was very very helpful then th¹e all restaurant staff was very special and lovely Mr Saed Fanos and the chef Mr Ebrahim Essa , then going with housekeeping with Mr Yousef the respected man , And I don't want to forget the person who added so much fun to my trip and made it full of joy , the beautiful Hayfa ... thank you sooooo much

-Stuff are Extremely professional with exceptional Customer service experience , Starting From the Lobby Ilyas was taking care of us , chef Ibrahim if i can rate him with 10 stars i will do so , Mr Said Fanous the Resturant Manager , Kerolos at the beach bar and Finally Mr Akon with his amazing soul and smiling all the time .. -Shuttle bus available all day for internal transport .. -3 swimming pools and one of them is connected to the Beach

The rooms furniture is bit old needs to be renovated to make the experience amazing since its a 5 stars hotel , internet is extremely slow and in our room we had to use my Mobile data the Entire stay .

A segítőkész, kedves személyzet, külön kiemelném a recepciót (Elias), a szobát takarító személyzetet, az éttermekben, bárokban dolgozókat. Tiszta szoba, naponta takarítva. Finom ételek az éttermekben. Pihenésre és szórakozásra is tökéletes hely. A SPA részlegen a masszázs szolgáltatás - külön díjazás ellenében - magasszínvonalú.

Jobb lett volna még több időt eltölteni itt. :-)

Posizione ottima ,camera ok molto pulita grazie a Youssef, ristorante ok cibo buono e vario un grazie allo staff e camerieri per gentilezza e disponibilità in particolare a Mohamed Edris ,Said Faunus che avevano sempre tutto sotto controllo ,un altro grazie a Shadi del ristorante sito in piscina e ai bagnini.

Poca animazione , è orario chiusura piscine .
