The staff was polite The pool was big The room had a nice layout The food was delicious The service was hospitable

I've been charged two days prior to checking in although the booking.com was clearly stating that I have to pay on the day of arrival. Tried to inquiry the receptionist, but she couldn't see a problem as according to her reasoning that's their internal policy and an email has been sent to make me aware. I tried to explain that the price was higher for paying on the day and not earlier, and the terms were agreed at the moment of the booking (weeks in advance) also their policies shall match what they agreed with booking.com, but that wasn't convincing enough so I gave up.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben einen Refund, für den ganzen Trouble erhalten, den wir im Hotel wieder ausgeben konnten. Das Personal war sehr lösungsorientiert und kann letztlich auch nichts für den schlechten Zustand des Hotels.

Das Hotel hat seine besten Jahre längst gesehen. Es ist sehr alt, unser Zimmer roch muffig/schimmelig, das Bettzeug war komplett nass, die Toiletten Brille war nicht richtig sauber und die Handtücher waren fleckig/dreckig

Good size twin beds, good size balcony, room had a fridge. Good breakfast range. Good size pool.

Staff could have been more knowledgeable about nearby amenities. Didn't get the best directions from them to the best beach, shops and boats.
