Cama grande, ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente, tudo limpo e organizado sempre.

Pontos a serem melhorados: a superlotação de hóspedes no domingo (último dia de estadia), acabou ficando sem controle. Outra situação chata, foi que estava com carro para guardar na vaga do hotel e diversas vezes tive que aguardar tanto do lado de fora, quanto do lado de dentro para ter autorização de entrada/saída e atrapalhando o trânsito de veículos. Um outro apontamento, apesar da localização ótima, o hotel possui piscina, porém pela quantidade de hóspedes, o tamanho a piscina não comporta esse total.

Achei as instalações do quarto bem antigas, danificadas e desatualizada. O chuveiro , apesar de um banho gostoso, falta manutenção. O confronto da cama tb é razoável.

Ótima localização. Nossos dias foram bastante agradáveis no Hotel Sonata de Iracema. Educação e preparo de toda a equipe, quartos limpos e bem equipados, café da manhã saboroso e variado tornaram nossa estadia excelente. Pretendemos voltar em outra oportunidade.
