If you are looking for a good night's sleep, look elsewhere. I made the mistake of not being familiar with the area and not reading the previous reviews concerning the noise issue prior to booking. This accommodation is for party goers who need a place close to the main street where they can get sloshed and come back to pass out. The completely overwhelming booming of club music continues throughout the night and deep into the morning hours. Your only barrier is a pair of foam earplugs they provide that is woefully inadequate for the level of noise you are continuously assaulted by.

During the booking process, before the booking is finalized, the noise level should be disclosed clearly and without minimization.

Loved that it was a small boutique hotel

The music was loud up to 4am

The property is in a beautifully central location. It was a short 5 minute walk to the beach, and the same in to Old Town. It was a close distance to the bars and restaurants - but not overly loud. You could hear the music on the evening from our room but it wasn’t disturbing at all, very quiet in the background. The house also provides earplugs which were a great addition! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, they let us drop our cases off early before check in time and notified us when the room was ready. We also got to use the facilities before and after check out, and they stored our bags for us pending our late night flight. They honestly couldn’t have been more helpful. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again if we returned. Our room was 201, so on the ground floor as you enter the house - at the rear therefore a bit quieter than rooms at the front (I assume). Really lovely spot. They also provide beach/pool towels with a beautiful beach basket for use too which is great, so you don’t have to take your own. The staff kept us updated via WhatsApp and replied promptly when we had any questions.

Do barulho muito alto da música a noite que vinha dos bares, música muito alta até as 4 da madrugada, todas as noites, que impedia de ter um sono tranquilo.( para quem fica nos quartos voltados para a piscina).

Gute Lage zum Zentrum, Schöner Pool, tolle Aussicht auf die Stadt

Das Hotel ist viel zu hellhörig. Man konnte nachts leider überhaupt nicht schlafen - aber nicht wegen der Musik der Partymeile sondern wegen den anderen Gästen oder dem Hotelpersonal. Nachts wurde man von jeder Tür die sich öffnete oder schloss geweckt, da es einen Schlag lies und ab morgens ca. 7 Uhr wurde im Haus gewerkelt (Frühstück vorbereitet, Geschirr geklappert etc.) sodass man unsanft geweckt wurde. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Allerdings leider jeden Tag dasselbe (kleine Brötchen, etwas Käse/Wurst, Jogurt). Unser Zimmer war leider sehr klein und es gab keinen Schrank für die Aufbewahrung der Kleidung da alle Schranktüren bis auf eine verschlossen waren. Und diese eine Türe führe auf den Dachboden (gruselig!) Alles in allem leider etwas enttäuschend da wir uns Vorallem für den Preis einfach mehr erhofft hatten. Es sollte deutlicher gekennzeichnet sein, dass sich dieses Gästehaus nur für Feierwütige Leute eignet, die vor 4 Uhr nachts sowie nicht schlafen wollen.

Veel (nacht)lawaai, je zit vlakbij het het citycenter. Zowel van het nachtleven als het personeel dat ‘s morgens vroeg reeds immens veel lawaai maakt. Kamer werd verlicht door groen lampje van “nooduitgang”, lees: neem oordoppen en oogmaskers mee! Ontbijt was zeer basic, de prijs niet waard.

Nice property, centrally located. Well taken care off, cute terrace with pool. Nice view of the nightlife area. Also pretty close to the beach.

- too noisy at night. Until 5 am you will hear lot of noise of the nightlife. The rooms are not sound proofed enough to prevent that. So if you’re a light sleeper better not stay here. - it’s a bit higher up, so if you are not so active or any health issues, this is not the ideal place - no place to temporarily park and unload luggage. You will be blocking the road when unloading or loading. The best (public) parking is a 10 min walk (and free!) - water of the pool is too cold. Would be better if it could be warmed up a few degrees.

Close to downtown, having a pool was amazing and the apartment we were in had a rooftop deck as well
