"A real treat for a weekend getaway"

Stunning hotel with some lovely features. Slightly limited with regards the services available, but you expect that from this style of 'Family Run' hotel...its adds to the charm. The Family suite is nice...would definitely visit again.

"Charming and elegant country house hotel"

Right out in the country, peaceful, elegant and charming, this country manoir is really worth a visit. Owner came out to welcome us when we arrived, and couldn't have been more helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast is served at one long table, and there is a lovely sitting room with armchairs and sofas. There are also two terraces with beautiful views of the grounds, which would be lovely to sit on in warmer weather. We would definitely return here.

"Nice stay in a Historic building"

Nice stay out in the country in a unique historic building. Staff was friendly. Very quiet except for dog barking at 4:00 am and fan that runs in the bathroom all the time. With out that, it was extremely quiet. I shut the bathroom door the second night which eliminated most of the fan noise, and the dog never barked the second night. I would stay there again for sure.

"falls short in many ways"

Good points quiet and comfortable beds.Bad points no towels changed in 3 days, no walk-in shower only over bath, low water pressure high sided bath potential risk, thin scatter rugs on wooden floors another risk, no TV in room, only a TV annex with 2 chairs for 6 rooms, restrictions put on use of only lounge in hotel as the family used this after 9 m, the breakfast was small and the piece of bread and 3 mini croissants were counted out daily, very often there was no staff and the 1 member we seen was not that helpful, no information about the area only a printed list of restaurants. There was far too many rules for a really good stay and certainly these were all in the owners favour, not for me again

"Manoir de Beaumarchais"

FABULOUS!! Stayed at this hotel in June 2014 and it was wonderful. Top marks, nice location, friendly staff, luxurious room. We would definitely stay again.
