Un Riad dans la médina bien placé, le personnel est très agréable. Un petit déjeuner très correct

La douche n’est pas très pratique et l’absence de Clim peut être un handicap.

This place was horrible. Dirty, musty, moldy. I couldn’t breathe. Everything was old, used, dumpy. The towels were the scratchiest towels I’ve ever seen. Every piece of furniture was worn to the bone. When I arrived they didn’t have anyone to help me bring my bag upstairs and when I said I’d recently had back surgery, she just kind of glowered at me. The worst part was the owner Samuel who told me they were going to charge 5% of the price if I used a credit card. How is that possible? Or legal? A bait and switch! I left after one night but of course he charged me for the original 3 nights I had booked. He showed no remorse and offered no apology. He told me he had never heard any complaints in 24 years of running the place which is statistically impossible.

I should be refunded my 5% as well as for the two nights I had to rebook at Riad Perle d’eau nearby. You can check your records. The pictures on your booking site are also completely inaccurate. It is not shiny and colorful. It is dark and crappy looking. Also this was the worst greakfast I’ve had anywhere in Morocco. They give as little as possible.

Viaggiando senza internet sarebbe stato perfetto ricevere due indicazioni sul come arrivare nella struttura. Una mini mappa. Colazione super!!
