Please note the hotel runs a pre-authorization for the reservation amount on the credit card. It is not an effective charge. An extra bed or crib can be accommodated only in triple rooms upon request. Extra charges may apply. The credit card presented at check-in must be the same name used on the reservation. Please note that the total amount of the reservation will be charged upon arrival. Offered only in the weekends, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
