Great service and hotel. small rooms but great overall. the rooftop terrace is a great place to relax, great views. Pedro in reception was fantastic, very helpful, friendly. great location to music, restaurants, parks.

This place has everything you need to rest your head, whether you are staying in Manaus a few days or prepping for the jungle. The decor is lovely, and the staff is awesome. Don’t expect the lap of luxury, but for such a reasonable price for a room that’s warranted.

I love this hotel. Full of interesting, quirky objects and tasteful artwork. There's a lovely roof terrace with views of the opera house and a small front balcony where you can watch the world to by. I had 2 nights in a bunk room. Small but adequate with shared bathrooms. No one else was on that floor so I had them to myself. I then moved to a double en suite. The en suite is actually behind a glass wall so not really private if sharing. But it is fine for me. All very clean and pleasant. Breakfast is good too. A nice selection of juices, bread and cakes in a pretty room. Best of all the staff are so lovely and helpful. The location also is great. Right next to the main square.

Apartamento muito pequeno, banheiro externo ao apartamento. Quando comprei o pacote a Hoteis.com me informou que o apartamento tinha banheiro interno e TV, lá chegando fui informado pelo atendente que o pacote adquirido junto a operado não contemplava tal condições. Me colocaram em um apartamento com beliche, sem TV e com banheiro externo. Só aceitei pq, caso desistisse, pagaria uma multa de 50% do valor total da hospedagem. Uma verdadeira desconsideração com um cliente. Nunca mais compro pela Hoteis.com.

However remember this is a location where bars and music are predominant....So take it all in and accept you are in a fabulous downtown location. The Hotel are what we call in America "Boutique" Lovely with atmosphere and great service PLUS they speak English. You cannot go wrong with this one!

Stayed a night before going off into the jungle, then another on our return. It was very friendly, centrally located, and easy to book and find. Take ear plugs as its on the road and by bars.

Son nom "Boutique hôtel", sa situation proche du théâtre Amazonas, la décoration intérieure, le personnel bilingue (francophone ou anglophone)... tout est parfait, jusqu'à ce que vous ouvriez la porte de votre chambre... Vous vous tournez vers le garçon et vous lui demandez "Mais c'est une plaisanterie ? je n'ai pas pu réserver cela !". La triste réalité c'est que la chambre est tellement petite que vous ne pouvez même pas poser votre valise par terre !!! On a tellement cherché à rentabiliser l'espace que la salle de bains est dans la chambre, avec la vitre de la douche directement au pied du lit !!! (oubliez toute intimité, si vous êtes deux) Tout est tellement pensé économiquement qu'il n'y a pas d'armoire, même pas une barre pour accrocher vos vêtements !!! Et le pire reste à venir : les chambres donnent sur la rue et les fenêtres ne sont pas hermétiques !!! résultat, il est absolument impossible de dormir avant 1h00 du matin (c'est l'heure où les bars ferment et éteignent la musique qui était à fond) et ne comptez pas dormir au delà de 6h00 du matin, moment où l'église commence à sonner l'heure tous les quarts d'heure !!!

The highlight of this hotel is it's excellent location. The rooms are very small but efficient – – even smaller than the cabin on our small boat up the Amazon river. The property is located adjacent to the historic opera house and square. The breakfast is very nice. Ricardo at the front desk is extremely helpful and very friendly, recommending very nice, unique places to eat and things to do.
