Baan Khun Nine

14個人入住四間四人房，每間房間的熱水器，溫度都不夠，熱水器都調到最高，還是只有一點點溫，溫冷水交替，305房室內冷氣機溫度調太低的話，室內機內部會結冰掉出來，風也會變不涼，要關機讓他休息才會恢復，其餘都不錯

This hotel is in an awesome location on Soi 2 in North Pattaya. The street is quiet but a 5 minute walk either way takes you to Beach Road or to Pattaya Sai Song Road. So close to a Big C supermarket and Terminal 21.There are so many restaurants and shops around, we never had any trouble finding something to eat. Walking Street is about a 40 minute walk but the local buses, Song Taews, will take you there for 20baht. The hotel is great, lovely breakfast and a choice of 2 swimming pools. Our room was enormous with a little kitchen, lounge and a big balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Baan Kuhn Nine in Pattaya.

The staff were amazing and helpful including late check out. My original Deluxe room was not suitable so I upgraded to a Basic Suite for a small extra daily price (and in line with the website) which was VERY GOOD with extra comforts and great sea view in between buildings. The pool chairs were hard and not collapsible and some damage so need replacing. The breakfast was varied each day and nice. The location is in a quiet street near the beach and big shopping g malls but quiet. The cleaning staff did a great job. The TV only has a few English channels including some news (not interested!) And 2 movie channels. Enough for 4 nights. Walk to everywhere very safe and easy. The pool area has both sun and shade. The gardens and trees were well kept and decorated very appealing to help relax. The room furniture was very nice and practical. Would stay here again

The swimming pool tiles made it look dirty but it is very clean with big filter system. Blue tiles would have made it look great. The ONLY TWO pool chairs were a bit broken, hard and not able to lie down. Laid on towel instead. Would be nice to have better chairs like the pool next door. Noone else using perhaps due to these reasons

I loved the sea view from the balcony. housekeeping was very good. Location is excellent, right by the beach. I liked the fact that I could use the swimming pool for Sandalay Resort. Breakfast was okay, however the coffee was not to my liking, and I do drink coffee everyday. The staff were friendly, and I loved sitting in the garden eating my breakfast.

My eyes have a tendency to rest upon things that need improving. The furniture at the lobby against the walls and the lovely ornaments need some attention. I took the stairs for some reason and I did not like what I saw, is the hotel in the process of a renovation? I hope so. There was a wooden block next to the bed that made it uncomfortable to get in and out of bed, when I asked the man at the reception what it was for, he replied that all the rooms have it and that was it. ... and is it too much to ask for a hotel room to have a full length mirror?
