Everything! The front deak staff and the tour were great. The room was perfect as was location.

Nothing.

My husband and I have been there a few times as tourists so it was a great experience being able to stay there as guest this time. We booked a night for my husband’s birthday, I requested for a small decor for our initial room but to our surprise they gave us a free room upgrade for the occasion. We can’t be even more happy! Thank you!

We stayed at the Leau Hwa room…There was a visible crack at our door, it felt like people could just peep into our room.

es war eigentlich alles gut. Ein Wehrmutstropfen war der Lärm des Red Garden Cafe.

Beautiful building, amazing staff (shout out to everyone who worked on the gates - they were so friendly and helpful for local tips), great breakfast, relaxing pool area and the tour guide was the best we’ve ever heard (she was so knowledgeable and witty). There’s also a very sweet cat named Ginger who we were told “runs the joint”.

Établissement chargé d histoire, très romantique, nous avons adoré !! Avons passé 2 nuits dans ce magnifiqur hôtel musée. La chambre était spacieuse avec tout le confort nécessaire. Le restaurant Indigo est aussi une merveille, le cadre, le personnel et le repas était parfait ! Belle découverte!!

The hotel has a vintage cured atmosphere that literally drops you in an ancient time. They have small sign of attention which let you blend a bit with the local culture (such as special sweet treats brought at your room at afternoon tea time). Appreciated also the free drinks to apologize for the ongoing painting works which were absolutely not disturbing in terms of noise.

At the buffet breakfast, set in a wonderful courtyard, amoung breads, only toast bread is offered. For such level hotel at least 2 to 3 hand made breads would be more suitable. But for example they have hand made yogurt, which is delicious.

Le cadre est idyllique. L'équipement fourni est complet et d'excellente qualité.
