Hotel Irene City

立地がいいです。 周りにスタバがたくさん！

Space was way smaller than advertised. Minimal cleaning services and a lot of self serves

The hotel is lacking in cleanliness, first night I slept and woke up in the middle of the night because of bugs in my bed. Next day I asked them and they changed the sheets and the bed but the cleanliness is bad overall.

The location is perfect, walkable distance to Seoul station and many attractions

The entrance is very poor, very hard to find the hotel, no room cleaning unless you inform the reception one day before, staff not welcoming as the hotel receptionists must be

The location is perfect. Right beside the city hall station. Some staff are really friendly as well.

The room is quite stuffy, and the overall hotel feels really old. There is only one lift so sometimes you have to spend up to 4mins to wait for just the lift. Not all the staff are friendly.

The rooms are small but very functional. Once you get last that, the location is convenient and the staff is very helpful. The lack of window may throw people off, but you get used to it pretty quickly. Specially after a tiring day out!
