The staff were very friendly. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was fairly spacious. Having the spa was great. However the best part of the stay was the complementary breakfast! There was a good variety of food and it didn't repeat too much. They also had adorable merch!

The bed was kind of hard.

釧路駅までロケーションが良かった。朝食がメニュー豊富で美味しかった。大浴場が良かった。

駐車場が500円/日だったこと。今まで泊まったルートインは全て駐車場が無料の所だったので､ここも無料かと思い込み少し戸惑いました。
