街中でよかった

The location was what we wanted as we were visiting family at the US Air Force Base. It fit our needs, and what we expected. The breakfast was good.

The room was very small and a big divider to get to the bathroom (a tripping hazard). The pillows were not that comfy.

Hotel staff was awesome, just pack lightly of select a larger room

Staff is nice and room is fine.

Breakfast is included for the first three days of stay, which is nice, but it's impossible to go to if you're not an early riser. Neighborhood is not great.

Good and convinient place to stay!

Great staff - I mean, really good. Having had to break the stay into two bookings due to lack of a non-smoking room on one night, when one became available, they combined my two bookings into one. So I didn't have to check out and check back in again in the evening. Also the morning shifts were great with calling taxis for me. Good breakfasts, nice onsen and the room was quiet, despite being next to the lift shaft.

The only thing I didn't like is I didn't book quickly enough to get the full length of stay I wanted. But that is not a criticism of the hotel - when an airshow is on, you have to book early and quickly.
