Please note that the swimming pool is open from 10:30 until 19:00, from May to mid October. Children under the age of 14 can access the pool only from 09:00 until 13:00, and must be accompanied by an adult. The pool's hydromassage feature cannot be used between 13:00 and 17:00. A luggage transfer service from the harbor to the hotel is available on request and at extra costs. If walking from the Piazzetta, you should follow Via Longano and then Via Sopramonte in order to arrive at the hotel.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. La chambre très vielle et meublée au rabais, petite, la salle de douche n’était pas acceptable, la douche était tellement exiguë qu’il était réellement difficile de prendre une douche. Elle était équipée d’un rideau de douche datant manifestement de plusieurs années. Le tout pour la somme de 360€ la nuit; étonnés nous avons fait une recherche booking pour voir qu’une chambre strictement identique était proposée pour 190€. Le propriétaire de l’hôtel a trouvé cela parfaitement normal: les prix sont modifiés chaque jour, « c’est le business » (sic). Même pour moins de 200€ cela aurait été médiocre. À éviter, donc.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Sarah! The staff was very friendly and the pool and outdoor spaces were perfect to escape the crowds. Would definitely recommend staying here when on Capri!

Colazione standard a mio avviso si potrebbe migliorare, ma obbiettivamente nn si va a Capri x fare colazione in albergo!!

Le camere, metterei delle zanzariere e dei cuscini e materassi più comodi!
