Great hotel & amazing staff. We love it.

The Hotel Villa Sarah is a 4 star family run hotel of the highest standard in its class on Capri. It is well positioned to be quiet but also accessible. It is close to some restaurants and a super market. Questions before arrival, transfers and logistics are all dealt with promptly and politely. The rooms are clean comfortable and well equipped. The pool is a wonderful addition after walks and boating! The breakfast and snacks are of a good standard too. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great hotel.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the Staff at Villa Sarah. They were cordial and attentive at all times, and they provided an outstanding sense of customer service, with an edge that made you feel at home as part of their family. The room had a gorgeous sea view with breathtaking sights of greenery. I was fortunate to find this Villa for my first visit to Capri, and I highly suggest everyone read to go and live the experience with them. I will not hesitate to stay over on my next visit. Ciao!

Hotel Villa Sarah è un Hotel curato, con delle belle camere pulite e profumate. E' dotato di una piscina di discrete dimensioni, molto elegante, pulitissima e dotata di idromassaggio. Il giardino molto bello e la zona in cui è situato l'Hotel è un pò decentrata e silenziosa ma vicina al centro di Capri sebbene per arrivarci si debba percorrere una lieve salita. La colazione ottima e varia, è servita nel giardino a bordo piscina.

Quando sono arrivato alla reception mi hanno detto che non accettavano animali, io avevo con me un cane di piccola taglia del quale avevo anche segnalato la presenza. Ho fatto presente che su Booking la struttura ammette animali su richiesta. Comunque hanno accettato la sua presenza. Il bagno non aveva finestra.

Coming from Boston, Massachusetts I was skeptical when booking this boutique I had not heard of in Capri. It was rated as a 3 star, however, having stayed at many 5 and now 6 star resorts, I can comfortably state that this resort is far more than any 3 star resort. Let me start off by saying the staff were phenomenal; from start to finish- booking my trip until the day we left Capri- the staff made my family and I feel just like part of their family. They even helped with getting our luggage from the ferry to the villa. Safety is a concern for me when we travel- WE FELT SAFE. The rooms were impeccably clean and the air conditioning and television worked perfectly. The food they served was delicious. Such a beautiful boutique hotel with a great pool. Thank you Hotel Villa Sarah... you made my children's first trip to Capri amazing. We will see you again!
