Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Limpeza impecável.

A suíte Tartaruga Marinha tem uma banheira que não está própria para uso e o banheiro tem um cheiro não muito agradável. O piso do hotel e a estrutura precisam de manutenção, o prédio parece velho e que precisa de uma reforma.
