The location was the largest positive. Very convenient to the main square.

The staff was not friendly nor responsive when I messaged them. Not a big deal, but only 1 set of keys per room and you needed multiple keys to lock the door inside and out.

Acolhimento e atenção dos anfitriões. Excelente localização. Apartamento simples mas bem decorado, com detalhes em cerâmica do local, muito limpo. Comodidades como água e máquina de café.

O sistema de calefação estava inoperante, alegadamente por restrições governamentais.

Yumi was an excellent host! She communicated with us prior to arrival, on arrival and throughout our stay. The property itself is better than the pictures make it look. The blue and green tiled floors are more vibrant in person. Whilst there are things which could be fixed and improved such as the light fixtures, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It’s clean and a literal stone throw from the Ravello duomo square. The breakfast is good value for €10 with basically three courses of fruit, bread and meat, pastry and a coffee. If you are thinking of using the parking facility, just make sure you are a confident driver! The entrance to the parking requires you to drive up a narrow street with shops which are swarming with people during peak times. There are other (more pricey) options in the area. As I said, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. It’s comfortable, convenient and the host is always around with a smile and easily reachable.
