Has a staircase next to the hotel which goes straight to Al Haram, 6min walk. Hotel room sizes are good and has a nice lounge area

Location is fine but the terrain slope is bit dangerous to reach hotel. They have not even inform at reception about their shuttle service if any to Haram. Those who have acute leg pains should avoid it or make sure, hotel provide transport.

I like the staffs at this facility. They are very professional and helpful especially the male staff that helped me checked in the day I arrived, around 1am. He was the manager on duty that morning. Excellent services.
