Старый, добрый Отель.

Without a doubt it has 5* facilities, staff do their best, most speak basic English. A lot of young staff which is nice to see but no management/supervisor presence was seen during my time here. Hotel has character but a refurb is needed, especially in the rooms. More variety at breakfast wouldn’t go amiss either.

Arrived late and left on the afternoon train to Moscow, so not much to say about this hotel other than the beds were narrow and need new mattresses. The breakfast buffet was in a nice room and had a variety of offerings. The coffee machine came with too much sugar already in the coffee, but staff was able to get a decent cup of coffee without using the machine. Variety of fruit and pastries plus various Asian dishes. Had no problem with the Wifi.

A spacious hotel, with nice and helpful staff..All requests were met with a willingness to make our stay pleasant.close to Maxmillians Restaurant and brewery, where you can see how the locals enjoy nights out!

To start with: it's not a 5 star hotel. It needs major renovations to be called so. Rooms are aged but moderately clean. There are signs that direct you to the currency exchange...but there is no currency exchange kiosk, there are many things like that are confusing but can be easily changed. Not kidding - at the front desk hotel has brochures about the fitness center - it says pool, when you get to the fitness center - they don't have it. Why not reprint brochures? It's confusing. WiFi is very slow, takes forever to open and write an email. Not a 5 star hotel experience definitely. Well I can complement breakfast - had many options and was delicious, thanks guys!

very friendly and highdrilled stuff, wonderful design, very good breakfast, fitnessroom, infraredsauna, massage, manicure.......all of the best one cant believe that you pay so little money for that excellent hotel, 5 stars YES, will stay next time again there, for sure

I expected to eat breakfast at restaurant because there are some tasty dishes last my visiting. Due to small quantity guests in spite of summer season, hotel is stopping to open breakfast at restaurant. Disappointed.
