Una chicca la struttura all'interno e all'esterno. È comparso anche un capriolo. La presenza di oche e anatre nelle acque che servivano il vecchio mulino cinquecentesco. E un gestore orgoglioso di aver "salvato" una testimonianza del lavoro di una volta e un bene culturale. Last but not least una cucina ottima con rivalutazione del cibo locale. Cosa di più?
