Nur kaltes Wasser im Zimmer am Morgen = sehr erfrischend!!! Fernseher: kein Programm funktioniert - auch nicht nach Intervention des Hotels. Riesiges Teller mit „Brioche con marmellata“ - aber leer. Auf Anfrage? Ist nicht mehr da …. 🤔 Das Mineralwasser wird aus einmal benutzbaren kleinen Plastikbechern getrunken. Gläser gibt es nicht. Umweltverständnis = nicht genügend.

Super freundliches Personal. Frühstück gut. Toller Spabereich.Terme .Parkplatz in Garage Kostenpflichtige. Parken auf Straße möglich ohne Gebühren. Tolle Umgebung. Kommen gerne wieder.

Ternario fantastico, la camera per essere un 4 stelle un po’ deludente, fredda e un po’ umida. In bagno avevamo solo saponette e shampo doccia 2 in 1 non c era balsamo e nemmeno crema corpo. Servizio accappatoi per la spa a pagamento non segnalato. Tantomeno sono stata avvertita che avrei potuto portarmi da casa i miei teli o accappatoi per non pagare il noleggio. Ristorante usufruito a colazione eccezionale.

The rooms are so bad that it is worse than a 2 star hotel that we stayed the night before. Very dimp lighting and dated, feel like its not been renovated for more than 20 years! Very bad room amenities, no hot water kettle, shampoo and soap is worse than a 2 star hotel.

Sono anni ormai che andiamo a fare weekend in questa struttura. Per noi ormai una certezza di benessere e tranquillità, dovuta dalla gentilezza e cordialità del personale, dalla pulizia delle camere e della struttura, ma anche da una stupenda SPA. Ottima per qualità, varietà e quantità la colazione. Continueremo ad andarci. Consigliatissima!!!!!
