朝食はおいしかった

部屋のシャワーを利用したが、バスタブと壁の間に隙間があり、そこから水が漏れてトイレのほうに流れでてしまい、洗面所の床が一面プールになってしまった。おかげでバスマットもびしょ濡れ、散々な目にあいました。この水漏れの件をフロントに報告し連泊するので対応をお願いしたにもかかわらず、2泊目の夜も同じ状況となりました。 せめて報告したのだから部屋を変えるなどの対応をしてほしかったです。

夫婦旅行で宿泊地を決めずに出発しました。当日昼頃に大体の到着地を決定して高速インターに近いホテルに予約を入れて向かいました。２日目に観光後また同じホテルに決めて予約させていただきました。 予約の際に間違えて喫煙室にしてしまったのですが、フロントで禁煙室に変更していただき有難かったです。
