部屋が綺麗だった。朝食のメニューが豊富だった。大浴場が綺麗だった。

喫煙部屋だった為か、部屋がタバコの臭いが酷かったのでもう少し臭い対策をして欲しい。

インターから近いく、大浴場や電子レンジがあって便利でした。

受付で手渡された施設案内の資料には夕飯ビュッフェが掲載されていたのですが、当館では開催しておらず同系列の別ホテルでは開催しているということでした。夕飯ビュッフェを利用できず残念でした。

"大変満足度の高い宿泊でした。"

外出時、短時間であればルームキーを所持したままで良いと 言ってくれた。宿泊客を信頼してくれているようで感激した また、バイクでの訪問となったが自動車での宿泊客と区別なく好印象だった。

ビジネスホテルの常として朝食時の込み合いが少し残念だった。

"心地よく過ごせました。"

朝食はついてきて、バイキングでいろいろあり、よかったです。 ベッドが広くてゆったりしていました。 清潔感があって、よかったです。 フロントの方たちも感じよく対応してくれました。 亀山インターからはすぐで、車ならとても便利な場所です。 お隣がコンビニで、便利でした。 部屋の照明がリモコンで操作できて便利でした。

前に泊まった別のルートインに比べると、全体的に少し古さを感じました。でも、特に問題はなかったですが。 感想を書く紙があったので、感想を書こうと思ったら、置いてあったボールペンが使えませんでした。

"清潔な部屋に泊まりたかったです"

朝食が美味しかったです

布団の中から、クモが出て来て、別の部屋にして頂きましたが、その部屋でも天井にクモがいて、捕まえてトイレに流しました。 ちょっとクモが出たのは色々なホテルに泊まってますが、初めてクモが居たので、もう少し清潔にして頂けたら良いと思いました。
