Location, it's quite near to the station, just a short 5 min walk.

The location also, there isn't much around the area, you need to go to the other side of the exit for more access to the bus, food, cafe, convenience stores. Also, the bathtub. The tub is smaller compared to area hence the curtain is close to your body and a slight movement makes the curtain stick to your body during shower. I don't like it that way since the curtain is most likely not too clean. Also, the water temp is hard to adjust. It's still using manual way to turn for hot or cold water and mix it together. Pillow is very small and low, should provide 2 as standard or a bigger pillow for more comfort.

Proximity to the translation (5min walk) and the sakura promenade (15min walk)

Not the prettiest place, but very functional and convenient for a stay in the region.

チェックインがもっと早くできたらよかった とても暑い日だったので、部屋で着替えをしてから出かけたかった 一階のお手洗いを使おうと思ったが汚かったので使用するのをやめてしまった

お部屋が快適でした。枕の高さが丁度良かった。室内も衛生的で変な匂いもなく、安心できました。 大浴場に洗濯機があり、すぐに洗濯が回せる所も良かったです！
