Hotel Route-Inn Itoigawa

壁紙の破れがあった。トイレやテレビがだいぶ古くなっている。 そこそこの料金を払っているのに、正直言って割に合わないと思いました。 次回からは糸魚川駅ちかのホテルを検討したい。

Customer service was good and the front desk staff was helpful. Consider using google translate if you need to communicate with the staff. I also was able to ask the front desk to call a taxi for me so that was also helpful.

It’s about 1km away from Itoigawa station, so not the most convenient. Rooms are very outdated but suffice. Showers have a little bit of mold too. Breakfast was below average for Japanese hotel standards, but it was enough to fill me up, especially because they had nattily and I love natto. If you have luggage, definitely take a taxi to and back from the station. You can also ask the front desk staff to call the local taxi company to pick you up and the taxi will come in about 5 mins. FYI I saw reviews about there not being enough outlets near the beds, but there were two extras behind one of the signs on the desk.

The breakfast was tasty and the view was beautiful.

The place smelt very musty, almost as if it had not been cleaned for a long time.

米の種類　魚沼産とか佐藤さんとか月明かりとかコシヒカリとか銘柄を書いた札があると良いと思うし野菜とかにしても地場ものなのか産地を9時できればいいかなと思った

設備、対応もすばらしく、朝食も美味しかったです。

近くにコンビニが無いのが不便ですが、隣にスーパーがあるので、深夜帯除けば問題ないです。

少しユニットバス内のトイレが狭いが、これは仕様でしかたがない。設備やサービスは特に問題がなく、快適に過ごせる。ただ、駅からかなり距離があるので、外食しようとすると10分以上歩くことになる。

時期柄しょうがないのですが、子供のいる家族連れとは少し離れた部屋がよかったです。ずっと飛び跳ね騒いでうるさいのに親は注意出来ないでいる！
