・夕食時、ガラガラなのに満席表示で、食堂にスタッフが誰もいない ・朝食時に客を詰め込み過ぎて、通行できない。食器が足らないし、補充されない。 消防法上の定員超過では？ ・浴槽の排水が溢れて流出
