車椅子を貸してもらいました。お風呂の中でも使用できる車椅子を案内ありました。

バスタオルとタオルを入れる袋が欲しかった。お風呂場迄、遠いので。加湿器の使用方法の説明書が欲しかった。

"Visiting Iga ninja house and castle"

A business type hotel, but really nice. The staff was friendly, we left the baggage there in the morning, before the check-in. The room was very clean with large and comfortable beds. It was very quiet. I liked the free hot bath in the hotel. The breakfast was good and the restaurant is pleasant to be in.

乗り継ぎの電車が遅れ、寒空の下、夜の9時過ぎに誰もいない駅で1時間待たなければならず途方にくれてましたが、チェックインが遅れる連絡をいれた際に、フロントの方が何社か電話してタクシーを手配してくれました。対応の温かさに救われました。

施設は全体的に古かったです。

"良かった。"

駅から近い。スタッフの接客が丁寧。ホテルのロビーに観光ガイドや伊賀のお土産がある。大浴場が夜中の2時間まで開いている。コンビニが隣にある。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれた。

周りに1人で気軽に入れる飲食店が少なく、ホテルのレストランも朝食のみ。コインランドリーがあると事前に調べていたが、コインランドリーは大浴場の脱衣所にあった。知らない男性に下着を盗られる心配はなさそうだが、脱衣所へのアクセスは、大浴場利用時と同様にルームキーを預けて、大浴場のアクセスキーを貰うため、気軽にコインランドリーが利用できなかった。
