It was very clean. The staff was cordial. I like that it had a public bath, so my friend and I could relax after a very long road trip. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good too.

I can’t think of anything really. I wished the room was bigger but that can be said about all the hotels in Japan, and for the price, you can’t really complain

フロントのスタッフも朝食時のスタッフの方もとても明るくキビキビと働いていらっしゃるのが印象的でした。ルートインは会社も大きいのは存じ上げておりましたが従業員の方がどういう風な指導を受けて生き生きと働いているようになっているのか少し不思議に思いました。どこのホテルでも目指していることだと思うのですがなかなか実現するのは難しいことだと思います。
