フロントの接客態度は感じ良かったし、朝食も美味しくて満足でした。が、部屋の洗面所の水垢が酷かったのと、トイレと床の設置面が黒く汚れていたので嫌な気になってしまいました。後、景色を見ようとカーテンを開けたら蜘蛛の巣と蜘蛛が凄かったです。

こちらははじめての利用で、たまたま着いた時に他にもチェックインするお客さんがいてフロントで少し行列していましたが、案内も丁寧でよかったです。 また、室内TVで大浴場や朝食会場の混雑具合が確認できるというのはとても便利でした。 室内ユニットバス以外に大浴場があるのもよかったです。

インター降りてすぐの立地の良さは最高です。素泊まりなら十分のコスパ。大浴場も朝食券もついていて、使ってませんがビックリしました。23時過ぎのチェックインで駐車場はほぼ満車だったのが少し困りました。フロントの方の対応がとても感じよく素晴らしかったです。新城のルートインが予約できなければ絶対ここに泊まろうと思います。
