スタッフの方々（特にロビー受付の男性2名）がとても明るく感じが良く親切でした。ホテル目の前にはメガドンキ、ファミリーマートがあり、何か買い忘れた場合でもすぐに行ける距離なのでとても便利。平日であればホテル内のお食事処も利用可能。
