フロントの方がとても親切でした。 ２つのサイトでダブルで予約してしまっていたのですが、嫌な顔ひとつせず、無料でキャンセルしてくださり、本当に感謝しています。ありがとうございました。

大浴場が狭く、混雑して、洗い場に並んでいた事がストレスでマイナス点でした。

Clean, big parking, restaurant in the hotel and a shops/restaurant around, onsen, welcoming reception, good breakfast, free coffee… every you can expect from a business hotel. Will come again if I’m in the area.
