"Where is my Sea View?"

The hotel is ok to stay at, clean and readily comfortable for the price. The area is fantastic - many interesting places are in walking distance. The hotel got marked down as I booked a room with a sea view (which is very beautiful) but didn’t get one.

It was totally mess, staff is dumb and completely unprofessional. It took 45 minutes for check in and 30 minutes to check out. Please never stay at this hotel.

"Exceptional"

When we arrived we were disappointed with room because we paid top dollar but after talking with manager was upgraded. What a difference this made, room was beautiful and view of harbour. We can only say staff were exceptional and made our stay memorable

"Simple stay for night type"

It's simple bed for the night hotel. Less to expect for breakfast, normal working b'fast with less choice and low quality. Discourteous service. Only thing to be on the positive is its location near the Gateway.

"Poor value for money"

It may reflect hotel prices in Mumbai but this is definitely a £10-£20 a night hotel anywhere else in India. Surly and unfriendly staff at check in, noisy and poorly air conditioned rooms. The only plus points were location (very close to the Gateway) and breakfast
