この地域のホテルは他の地域より安い相場になっているので、ルートインも安くなっていた。他の地域のルートインは高めの設定なので利用しなくなったが、ここは安かったので利用した。朝食会場のスタッフはいっさい挨拶もしなくて気分が悪い。

５連泊しました。 GO TO トラベルが始まったばかりで、知らずに対象外のサイトで予約。その旨を伝えたところ、冷たくあしらわれました。対応出来ないまでも、ホテルマンである以上、たとえ客のミスであっても真摯に、何かできる方法がないか探すなど、誠実にお客様に対して対応するのが望ましいと思うのが客の立場です。 また、自慢？の風呂は狭く、全く魅力無い物でした。一度行っただけで二回目は行きませんでした。部屋のバスルームの天井は低く、シャワーをガンガン天井にぶつけながら浴びました。 洗濯機と乾燥機は２台しか無く、労働者の方々が次々に占領し、全く空かずに結局チェックアウト直前の朝に洗濯をするという時間のロス。 さらに朝食はとても不味い。本当に不味い！ 毎日毎日不味い朝食で、苦痛でした。 少しは従業員も食べてみたらどうでしょうか。少なくとも五日間ぐらいは連続で。朝食無しのプランを勧めます。 久しぶりにこんなに不満でストレスの残るホテルに当たってしまい、二度と全国のルートインに泊まらないと心に決めたホテルでした。
