スタッフさんはとても親切に食事処など質問すると一緒になって探してくれたりととても親切です｡食事も美味しくお正月らしい食事も用意されていたのでいただきました｡

お部屋の空調設備が集中暖房のためお部屋の温度調整が出来なかったです周りもうるさくなく静かでした｡中国人万歳

フロントの対応がよかった。朝食、くみ出し豆腐とぜりーおいしかった。洗面所から飲み水をケトルにくんでくるのはなさけないが、水がおいしいこれはほんと。自宅では井戸水をつかっているのでよくわかります。

すべてととのっていて、きがつきません。

大浴場が時間制で男女入れ替わりになっていましたが、女性に入れ替わる時、脱衣場のマットの交換をして欲しかった。男性の後なので少しの気遣いがあると嬉しい。

ルートイン系列で支払いも含め、対応も安心できるし、実際対応が良かった。ホテルの古さは否めないが、模様替えなど維持管理が出来ていると感じました。急な雨の場合も貸し出し傘があるし、車の駐車場も大きいので、仕事での宿泊は便利です。一つ難点なのはホテル側としてはどうしようもありませんが、JR駅から徒歩30分なので、バスを利用しようとしてもバスの巡回路になっていないのが不便でした。また宜しくお願いします。
