取り敢えずレトロ、昭和のホテル！長野県内に多いチェーン店だが、その中でも結構古い方では無いかと思った。上田駅前にもグループのホテルがあり、どうもそちらと競合している気がする。そろそろ建て替えた方が良いのでは？

仕事の都合でチェックインが遅くなることを連絡いれた時に親切に対応してもらいました。部屋に入ってから壁の所にカギを刺さないと部屋の電気が使用出来ない事の説明がなかったので、とまどいました

大浴場が男女で時間別に利用できるのですが、女子の利用時間は一日一回しかなく、同じお風呂と脱衣所に時間別で利用するのはとても抵抗があり入れませんでした。

駐車スペースはどちらかといえば狭いが、台数を多く停められる点は良い。時間交代制であっても、大浴場があるのは良い。枕カバーがやたら汗臭くて閉口。汗というかアンモニア臭というか、ひどい。枕を使わずに寝ることはできたが臭い立ってくる感じで、ルームメイクの担当者はあの臭いに気付かなかったのだろうか。もしかしたらにおいの原因は枕カバーでなくて中に入っている枕本体だったのかもしれない。その他の物品は問題なく使えたし、不便はなかった。国道沿いゆえに道路を走る車両の走行音が耳に入ってくる。
