NZAUAUThe staff were friendly and helpful, and they provided a few extra items when needed, which was appreciated.
On arrival, the apartment felt a bit dated and not as clean as expected. The carpets could really benefit from a deep clean, and the kitchen floor was sticky and needed a proper mop. This particular apartment also didn’t have a dishwasher, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it could use some attention to upkeep to improve the experience. It’s also about a 20-minute drive into the main streets of Rotorua.
NZLocation was good for a quieter break away, but close enough to Rotorua for anything required. Many places to explore within easy reach.
Stairs are a bit steep, would be beneficial for a downstairs toilet to be added.

AUThe location was good, with excellent views of Rotorua lake. Free parking. Gated, quite location.
Mattress on the queen bed was not comfortable. There was a peculiar smell on the ground floor.
