NZThe room has everything I need and is well maintained. The location is great for rafting or visiting Tarawera Falls. Being next to the lake is an added advantage.

The apartment was very close to the road and shook when a large truck passed by. Also, a few things were missing from the kitchen. One more thing, please note the amount of stairs in your description.
