Location was easy to find and convenient area, room was comfortable. Congestion on parking area. Laundry people blocked our car and holed 15 min to release us. Nearby good restaurants are available.

Room service was poor, self lifting baggage, kettle and coffee mugs was dirty.

"Very bad experience."

We were coming from Punjab to Cochin. We reached the hotel at 11 pm. We stood at the reception for a long time then the staff came to take the room. Room full of mosquitoes. Solar was not working at night so there was no hot water in the shower. Toilet exhause fan was not working. Swetch is open. Hotel is not good for family.
