Hotel Langkasuka

Bad service. Very bad service and rude manager that dont know anything about hotels.com All the staff do not know what is hotels.com And all look at us like we are very weird. We booked 4 room and the manager do not know anything about online booking and stuff No wifi. Do not stay at here

Initially, i was given a 'lost' room, situated in the old building, with a view of an in house construction. Went back to front desk and asked for a change, willing to borne any extra charges, since thus is my 1st time here in langkawi and had just arrived after a long bus trip frm johor. And i thought they are just throwing us some lefftovers and online booking is a bad move as hotels tends to give out discounts on under-used rooms.As it turns out, it was a pleasant turnabout when i was offered a better room in the new building with city view for just an extra RM100. Me and my wife are really pleased with the help frm the staff by making our trip more pleasant.Next day, we were surprised to see the cafe was filled with schoolchildren, gorging on everything on the table and we thought we were in a school. At 7:30am, the chaotic began to start and me and other hotel guests are quite irritated by them, gorging evrything and making a mess at the cafe. This is the minys point and hope the management plan the best way to handle big groups like this.. say like give them a specific time to come for breakfast so as not to cause inconvenience of other hotel paying guests.But i am really really impressed by the F&B staff for the professionalism they showed. I know what i am saying because i have nothing but praises for them. Overall, be assured i wil be back and would recommend this hotel to my circle. Nice job!!

Good location

The hotel is within famous Langkawu Parade, so shopping was easy and convenient. Good breakfast menu. Friendly staff.

The hotel is well situated in the center of the town. Duty free shop is just beside the hotel and a shopping mall too. Since we have rented a vehicle moving around is not an issue. Beach are quite far this hotel.Other than that its nice. For a 2 star hotel the price is affordable and its quiet pleasant.Breakfast menu is almost asian good.

Horrible service. complimentary breakfast a joke . have to fight for leftover food.

Location is excellent. A famous duty free shop beside, shopping centre beside , nearby to a very popular seafood shop, and easy to find stuff. However, the mat in the room a But dirty. But overall is great! and very low price for a good Place. Breakfast is simple.

Not good at all, everything should changed starting with the management, and furniture. It doesn't even worth 10$

WiFi doesn't work that well. The Lobby's WiFi works the best. In the room I had to sometimes walk outside and sometimes it didn't work at all. The room was clean. Breakfast wasn't all that great. No meat at all. Eggs and beans are about the only protein. Noodles, mashed potatoes, etc. for breakfast. Milk is warm. Room was cheap so you get what you pay for. No frills type of hotel, but if you aren't going to spend much time in the hotel anyways, then it's a good choice.
