出張で二連泊で利用。朝食の内容が毎日違うのが、良かった。お風呂のキーボックスが開かなくなった際、丁寧に対応して頂きました。ありがとうごさした。

浜松駅より若干遠いです。ホテルの設備は古く、少し残念ですが、価格はその分、安かったです。

駅から近く立地がよかったです。朝ご飯はたくさんあり、充実していました。

チェックインの時間前に到着したのでホテルで問い合わせしたところ、フロントの方にすごく嫌そうな顔で対応されました。車も停めれるか確認したところ、車種を聞いてすぐに無理ですと言われました。メールでもらったサイズ内ですと言ったら停めてみないたわかりませんと対応を変えられ、駐車場に行って別のホテルマンに聞いてくださいと言われました。駐車場に行くとその方は快く対応してくれてすぐに駐車できました。ホテル自体はよかったのですが、最初の方の対応で印象が悪いままです。快く対応してくれた方もいるので当たり外れがあるなと思いました。

朝食が美味しかった。駐車場が無料ありがたかった。

屋上のお風呂が利用しにくい。安全の為はありがたいが、フロントに鍵を取りにいくのは面倒。結局楽しみにしていたが、利用しなかった。
