掃除が行き届いててとてもよかったです

喫煙室しか無かったから喫煙室にしたからしょうがないんですけど　部屋に入った瞬間タバコの匂いがすごくてもう少し換気できてたらなーと思いましたちなみに私はタバコは吸いません

駅から少し歩くが、部屋そのものは決して悪くはなかった。

施設、設備面のメンテナンスが行き届いておらず、最初に入った部屋から２回も部屋移動をする羽目になった。４時半前にチェックインした最初の部屋は、エアコンが故障しており、部屋が全然暖まらない。移動した２番目の部屋ではデスクのLEDライトがつかず、フロントに電話したが電話が壊れていて繋がらない。スタッフが入れ替わり部屋に来て、配線を替えたりいろいろ試みたが結局ダメで、ようやく３番目の部屋に落ち着いたのが９時半過ぎくらいでした。ホテルに着いてホッとするどころか、全く気が休まらない、ようやくくつろぐ気分になれたのは10時過ぎ。日頃の設備点検をしていないのがよくわかりました。ルートイン、の名前で安心できる所かと思っていましたが、これだけトラブルがあっても通常料金だったのも納得がいかないです。

ホテルの予約の際、喫煙ルームしか無く予約したのですが、タバコを吸わない為、チェックイン時に空きを確認した所、禁煙ルームに空きが有り変更してもらえました。

お風呂の脱衣所が少し寒く、お湯の温度が熱く感じました。
