大浴場があるのがありがたかった。朝食は他のビジネスホテルよりはよかった。

電気自動車の旅立ったので、充電器が1台しかなく、先約がいたので充電できなかったことが残念。せめて、2台あるとよかったのに。

"Had a great stay here and can’t thank the staff enough."

Had a great stay here. Staff were so lovely, accomodating and helpful. Parking was great too. Had a broken suitcase dilemma and no where to take it to dispose, staff were kind enough to take it to get rid of on our behalf.

Laundry was located in the men’s onsen and the women’s onsen rooms. This made it difficult for our group to do washing all together as well as when the men’s machine were all busy and I was the only one from our group to be able to do all our washing. Staff were able and happy to help when I wasn’t available to collect the washing though, and assisted in getting it out for the rest of our group which was so lovely and unexpected of the staff member.
