朝食がおいしかった。高速道路からの接続が分かりやすく、近くに飲食や買い物ができるお店があって便利でした。忘れ物をしたのですが、スタッフからすぐに連絡があり、送料ホテル負担で自宅に送っていただけたことに感謝します。

休日でしたので仕方ないかなと思いながら、朝食バイキングの列が長く、食事までやや時間がかかったことが残念です。

お盆で、混雑していたが、スタッフに皆さんは笑顔で、丁寧に接客していた。

客室の清掃が、気になった。毎日掃除するものではないかもしれないが、エアコンのフィルターが汚れていた。

Very helpful staff and a great breakfast. Great location if you have a car - just off the express way.

Even for Japan, the beds were very hard. However the hotel was very happy to add extra blankets underneath. Much appreciated!
