"Staff and facilities were great, but tobacco smell and irritation from heater were disappointing."

Staff is always friendly and accommodating. The meals are convenient. Dining room staff super friendly and helpful. This is the second occasion when rooms were sold out on my desired dates, and both times I was notified of a cancellation that allowed me to stay the desired dates. Always enjoy the relaxing ofuro bath.

I was in room 307, a non-smoking room, however tobacco smoke was coming into my room. It was irritating my allergies. Also, when I turned on the heater, the ac air also irritated my allergies, so I had to leave it off on the very cold nights. I checked the ac filter and it looked clean, so I am not sure what caused the allergies. Would be nice to have an extra blanket and pillow available.

荷物をいくつも持っている状態でしたので、パウスキーパーの方がエレベーターボタンを押してくれて助かりました。挨拶もキチンとしていて好感が持てました。 オーナーや支配人の日頃の社内教育がしっかりしていることを実感しました。
