18]00に食堂がオープン予定、18:10に入ったが準備が出来ていなかった。チェックアウトの際フロントに担当者が不在、フロントの奥で数名が大きな声で雑談中、こちらも大きな声で呼んだところ、「すみません」の一言も無く笑いながら出て来た。非常に気分が悪くなった。
