昨年に続き2度目の利用。 ベッドを普通サイズにして、洗面所と部屋をもう少し広くしてほしい。それ以外は快適。 朝食も美味しかった。 サービスのコーヒーも美味しかった。

フロントの方が、とても親切で感じが良く 耳の悪い父にもゆっくり大きめに話をしてくださり、とても好感がもてました。 聞こえづらいことで、時々不機嫌になってしまう父も終始和やかに過ごせました。 また、是非利用しついと思います。

I would like to mention about an incident, that impressed me a lot. on 10th night , reached hotel around 9:00 pm, and had to take a MS teams meeting callm hence, is could not sit at restaurant for a dinner. Hence , Uhave requested for Dinner packed and kept ready for me to collect after my call after 10:3opm. The senior chef & her assistant ( although a language barrier-Japanese & English), suggested a suitable food Joice for me and kept that for my collection after 10:3- pm at front desk. Simply they could ignored my requirement, but made it happen.. That shows the committment form the Staffs of the Hotel .

駐車場側にも入口があるので荷物を持っていても楽でした。フロントの女性の方は皆さん親切で話しやすかったです。 女性の大浴場は鍵を貸してくださるので、寛いで利用できました。 ですが、何となく、もう一回入ろうかな、お部屋には化粧水と乳液が置いてなかったな、と思った時に、お手数をおかけしてしまうので、まぁ良いか、と遠慮してしまいました。 機会があれば、また利用したいです。

A warm welcome from the front desk, even though we arrived after midnight. concise explanation of the facilities. Wifi was easy to access, and at a high speed. Good location close to the Tohoku express way intersection and large car park. Compact, clean and well-equipped room. Usual excellent breakfast with a good choice of menu.

出張時の素泊りにはちょうど良いです。
